Return to Mobberley

Still fired up by our first visit to The Real Car Dealers of Cheshire (TRCDOC) fortnightly meetings, we fulfilled our obligation to take the Mentor. And, surprisingly, it did catch the eye of a few people who didn’t think a Deliveroo driver was skiving off for a couple of hours.

And again this meeting came up with the goods: plenty of motors of all ages and conditions and a decent bunch of owners far detached from the sniffy attitude of meetings we’ve probably all been too.

From a slammed, patinated Volkswagen Beetle to a Volvo 244GLT, a lightly modified Toyota Starlet and a Ferrari on airbags – yes, really – this was a top-class meeting.
