Hot Wheels Legends Tour arrives in the UK

The Hot Wheels Legends Tour, which immortalises one lucky car in 1:64 die-cast form,  lands in the UK later this summer.

The Legends Tour seeks out cars that fire people up and a trio of judges take into account not just the end result but the build and ‘garage spirit’ too – as well of course as the owner’s enthusiasm!

Held at CarFest, Silverstone, on Saturday 29 August, the Tour takes in 19 countries and it’s not just about selecting a car to become a Hot Wheels model, it’s a celebration of car culture too.

“This will be our seventh stop in the UK and it never disappoints. The creativity, craftsmanship and garage spirit on show always makes the judging incredibly tough and that’s exactly how it should be. We can’t wait to see which finalists make it to Silverstone,” says Ted Wu, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Design for Vehicles at Mattel.
