More work has seen the ‘Lux look less ‘pulled-from-barn’ and more ‘it’s getting there’.

A serious session with the pressure washer revealed just how good the chassis really is: that Welsh clay protected the Toyota chassis’ metalwork rather than hastened its decline – less work and less expenditure being the pleasing results.

However… as a result of the pressure washing a new replacement fuel tank is being sought, the original ending up more holed than a decent chunk of Emmental cheese. But these things happen, and a replacement’s not hard to find.
